The space
A traditional cottage feel from the moment you walk through the front gate. You will be welcomed by the divine, spacious garden with seating for relaxing and dining.
The front door takes you into the comfy living room which is connected to the ideal sized kitchen with more seating for dining.
Two double bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with both bath and shower.
As mentioned in the description, in some of the rooms upstairs you can really feel the slant of the ‘wonky’ cottage but that is definitely part of the appeal.
Guest access
guests can access entire property.
Other things to note
You may park on Cross Cliff Road by using the parking permit provided in the house. Please remember to put the permit back before departing.
The gate for the house is at the bottom of Cliff Lane.
Additional rules
Please put all rubbish in bins provided.
Please clean all dishes and cutlery before you leave the property.
Any extra cleaning required will be charged to the guest at a rate of £30 per hour.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.

I have worked in the city for the last ten years, which means I possess the local knowledge required to provide exceptional service to both hosts and guests alike. The bulk of my experience lies in Direct Marketing acquiring new customers through face to face channels for some of the largest organisations in the UK. I have succeeded the level of running my own marketing company so I believe the wealth of skills acquired along the way will help me to continue the nationwide success of Pass the Keys in Leeds.
